Here at <strong>Physicality<\/strong> we have a Personal Trainer with a Level 3 Diploma from the University of Bath &#8211; <strong><a title=\"Carole PageBSc MA VetMB MRCVSLevel 5 Diploma in Sports and Remedial MassageLevel 3 Diploma in Personal Training\" href=\"http:\/\/physicality.info\/?page_id=66\">Carole Page<\/a><\/strong> <strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We treat every client as an individual and our programs are tailored to suit that specific individual. This approach will help to motivate you to achieve your own goals and our programs will be based on your unique combination of current fitness levels, aims for the future and time\/work constraints.<\/p>\n<p>Further,\u00a0your sessions will be one-to-one in our private gym so you will be exercising with only yourself and your trainer present. In addition, physical exercise has a beneficial effect on mental health and self esteem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages of Personal Training compared to training alone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal training can make training both enjoyable and more productive than training alone. It results in higher strength, higher workout intensities, and higher perceived exertion during exercise.<br \/>\nWe\u00a0develop exercise prescription plans for aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, and\u00a0stretching routines which are specific to the individual.<\/p>\n<p>A full personal assessment is carried out as part of\u00a0the first session and repeated at a later session to measure a client&#8217;s improvements in physical fitness.
